1. Affiliation Approval: Your application will be reviewed, and approval will be based on content relevance and audience engagement relevant to our product. We reserve the right to decline any application that does not meet our criteria.
2. Modifications: We may modify any of the terms and conditions within this agreement at any time and at our sole discretion. These modifications may include, but not limited to changes in the scope of available referral fees, fee schedules, payment procedures and affiliate program rules.
3. Enrollment: To enroll in the affiliate program, you must accept the terms & conditions.
4. Commission Structure: Commissions are paid on net sales (excluding returns and cancellations), with the rate determined by the volume of sales generated.
5. Payment Schedule: Commissions are paid on a request basis, subject to a minimum threshold. Detailed payment terms are available in our affiliate dashboard.

6. Termination: Either Attach A Tag or the affiliate may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause. Once the agreement is terminated, you should remove all links to the https://attachatag.com/ website as well as all Attach A Tag trademarks and logos.

7. Promotional Materials: We will provide you with all necessary promotional materials, such as banners, links, and product images. These materials must be used as provided without alteration or misuse.
8. Prohibited Activities: Affiliates are prohibited from using spam or other unethical methods of promotion. All marketing should be conducted in a manner that upholds the integrity of our brand.
9. Legal Compliance: Affiliates must comply with all legal requirements and regulations related to advertising and promotion.
10. Indemnity: All affiliates indemnify Attach A Tag and Fine Cut Group Limited from any acts that are unlawful or incur costs. 
11. Intellectual Property: All promotional materials provided remain the intellectual property of Attach A Tag & Fine Cut Group Limited. Affiliates do not gain any ownership rights by participating in the program.
